Welcome to Morris&Bloom.com Shop! We’re excited to get your custom print-on-demand items to you. Below are our clear, straightforward shipping terms:


📦 1. Order Processing Time

We are made to order business, which means that we produce all our products as you order them. We do not hold inventory.
Because of this we use wide range of suppliers that exist all over the world, depending of which item you order you may receive items from more than one supplier of ours. We do this so that way we can offer you a highest quality product at the lowest quality price.

  • Production Time: Most of orders take 2–5 business days to print, pack, and prepare for shipment, but some more complicate items might take up to 7-12 days to make (like PU boots).
    • Why? Since your items are custom-made just for you, we need time to create them with care. We hope to your understanding.
    • Note: Order Processing Time is separate from shipping time!

  • Estimated arrival: The Product Page may provide a general Estimated Delivery date or shipping window for your order, taking into account the total time of Order Processing and delivery.

    • Delivery: 2–5 business days after Order Processing Time (see above).
    • → Note: Delivery times may vary based on your location and any unforeseen circumstances, specially busy season.
    • → Note: Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States can take additional 7 – 12 business days.
    • → Note: One order items can be shipped separately since they are coming from different suppliers.

    • Product shipping rate displayed on a Product Page. Morris&Bloom calculates shipping rates according to product first shipping rates and additional shipping rates, which are charged by shipping carriers, i.e. shipping cost calculation is based on products quantity.

    • Delivery: 8–15 business days after Order Processing Time (see above).
    • → Note: Delivery times may vary based on your location and any unforeseen circumstances, specially busy season.
    • Standard international shipping is delivered on DDP basis (DDP-Delivered Duty Paid), meaning, all extra duties are included in the shipping price.
    • Note: Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States can take additional 7 – 12 business days and additional shipping cost (+$25 per item).
    • → Note: One order items can be shipped separately since they are coming from different suppliers.
      • Shipping Cost: Calculated at Cart and Checkout Pages.
    • Product shipping rate displayed on a Product Page. Morris&Bloom calculates shipping rates according to product first shipping rates and additional shipping rates, which are charged by shipping carriers, i.e. shipping cost calculation is based on products quantity.

5. Delays & Issues

  • Production delays? Rare, but if they happen (e.g., high demand), we’ll email you.
  • Lost/damaged packages? Contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll replace or refund!
  • Carrier delays? Weather, holidays, or customs can slow things down. We’re not responsible for these, but we’ll help track your order.
  • The logistics stagnation caused by political movement/natural disaster risk/military control/warfare and force
    majeure factors is not within the scope of responsibility.
