Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Morris&Bloom.com is a print-on-demand shop, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if a customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.
However, in case a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Morris&Bloom.com offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product purchase date. Please get in touch with us by e-mail and provide a clear photo showing the issue.
Refunds are issued to your account within 3-5 business days after our confirmation.
We stand by the quality of every custom item we create! If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’re here to make it better. Here’s how returns and refunds work:
✅ 1. When We’ll Issue a Full Refund or Replacement
We’ll happily refund or replace your item at no cost to you if:
- You received the wrong item (e.g., Shop mistake – shipped wrong design, size, or product).
- Your item arrived damaged or defective because of manufacturing error (e.g., rips, stains, printing errors).

🚫 2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by you.
- If you simply changed your mind, ordered the wrong size or color.

📦 3. How to Start a Return

- Include your order number, QR code label (if damaged package) and photos.
- We’ll reply with a return address and instructions.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
- Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund, replacement or store credit within 3–5 business days.

- Refunds for our errors go back to your original payment method.
- Store credit (if applicable) is issued as a digital code via email.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the error was entirely on our end.

- Shipping delay happens specially in a busy season. It is customer responsibility to place order early.
- If your order never arrives or is lost in transit, contact us! We’ll investigate with the carrier and resend or refund if confirmed lost.
